Yesterday I received a call from Aoife's daycare, letting me know she was running a fever of 101 degrees. I called her doctor's office, and then took her to urgent care under their advice. She's doing better today, with Jim and I taking turns to watch her at home.
Yikes! This is a call no mother ever wants to receive. It's great you took her to an emergency facility following a scare.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness she is alright. Keeping a careful eye on her condition is well advised. It would be horrible if she were to return and experience another fever.
Also, a follow with her doctor could ensure that pesky fever is gone for good.
