Aoife and I went to the grocery store this morning to figure out what we could do for her with solid foods, while keeping added salt and sugar at a minimum. We found plenty of foods - tofu, potatoes, sweet potatoes, frozen edamame, frozen peas, canned green beans, canned beets, bologna and cheese. The sweet potatoes are currently baking in the oven, so for lunch Aoife had some green beans, bologna and cheese.
