The last day before the Big Trip

Tomorrow we head off to Montana, so Aoife had fun today while Jim and I prepared for the trip.

Tuesday in the park

Aoife and I went to Volunteer Park on Tuesday, where she got to play with her new beach ball.

Barbecue!

We went to a barbecue at our friends' home on Saturday, with Aoife joining us. There we 4-5 kids under the age of five, and Aoife had a great time trying to keep up with them!  She played with toy cars, a bubble machine and ran all over the backyard. At dinner, she tried a teeny, tiny piece of jalepeno in a bean salad for the first time - it was not a favorite.

At the office picnic

Aoife and I went to the picnic for the Department of Family Medicine today. We had a great time - she got to walk around, dance and charm everyone she met!  They gave out gift bags for the kids. Aoife can't play with most of the stuff, but she liked the cloth bag and LOVED the ball.
